Get To Know Randy
About Me.
Randy brings a unique and diverse background to the table. He holds an undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University in Business and has experience in the insurance and finance industry. However, Randy's journey has led him towards his true passion in the realm of physical and mental health. He is an NASM-certified personal trainer with a specialization in performance enhancement and exercise as an anxiety intervention. This expertise allows him to utilize physical activity not only for fitness but also as a means to manage and alleviate anxiety.

Furthermore, Randy is a somatic practitioner, indicating his recognition of the interconnectedness between the body and mind. This approach acknowledges that the body can hold onto past traumas and emotions, and through somatic practices, these tensions and imbalances can be addressed to promote overall wellbeing.

Randy's commitment to holistic health extends to his pursuit of a Masters degree in Professional Counseling. This further equips him with the skills and knowledge to provide comprehensive support to individuals on their wellness journey.

Notably, Randy's personal experience with addiction recovery also positions him as an empathetic and understanding source of guidance for those who are also navigating the same challenges. His own journey adds a layer of relatability and authenticity to his support.

Randy also has a passion for helping competitive athletes achieve excellence not only through physical training but also by harnessing the power of the mind. This aligns with the holistic approach of Willmore Wellness, recognizing the mind-body connection as a crucial factor in achieving optimal performance.

Randy's personal life reflects his values as well. He resides and works in East Dallas near White Rock Lake, showing his commitment to his local community. He finds joy in traveling, reading, and spending quality time with his wife and sons. As a proud grandfather of three, he cherishes the role of "Grandy" and the connection he shares with his grandkids.

As a middle aged man who's never focused much on physical fitness, I found myself at crossroads. Time isn't kind! Randy helped put me on a path to both physical and mental health that I believe has added years to my life and enriched my relationships, my professional life and my self-awareness. I didn't even know I needed him until I found him, but I'm so grateful for the profound changes in my life after working with Randy!
