  • What is Willmore Wellness?
    Willmore Wellness is a holistic coaching and lifestyle concierge service that helps individuals take control of their fitness, nutrition, self-care, and mindset. Unlike a traditional personal trainer or therapist, I take a full-body, full-life approach—helping clients build sustainable habits that support their energy, resilience, and overall well-being.
  • Who do you work with?
    I work with busy professionals, high performers, and everyday people looking to improve their physical and mental well-being. Many of my clients are entrepreneurs, realtors, and athletes, but I also work with anyone ready to commit to authentic self-care.
  • Do I need equipment for virtual coaching?
    Not necessarily! I design workouts based on what you can access—whether that’s a full gym, bodyweight, kettlebells, or resistance bands.
  • Do you offer virtual coaching?
    Yes! I work with clients in person in Dallas, TX, but I also offer virtual coaching via Zoom so we can create a tailored wellness game plan no matter where you are.
  • What’s the difference between a package and à la carte coaching?
    À la carte coaching lets you choose only what you need (such as a one-time check-in, single session, or assessment). Packages offer ongoing support and more profound transformation through regular coaching, accountability, and personalized plans.
  • How do I know if this is right for me?
    Do I struggle with consistent workouts, nutrition, or self-care? Am I burned out, stressed, or lacking energy? Do I need accountability and structure to stay on track? Do I want a customized approach instead of a one-size-fits-all program?
  • What if I’m not in shape? Will this be too intense?
    Not at all! Willmore Wellness is about meeting you where you’re at. Whether you’re a beginner or an athlete looking for an edge, we tailor your plan to match your current fitness level while pushing you toward progress.
  • What types of coaching do you offer?
    1:1 Coaching Calls (via Zoom or in-person) Accountability Check-Ins (text & video support) Custom Workout & Self-Care Plans Live Fitness Training (Virtual & In-Person) Depending on your goals, you can choose individual services or a comprehensive coaching package.
  • How is this different from a personal trainer?
    Personal training focuses mainly on workouts. Willmore Wellness goes deeper—integrating fitness, self-care, stress management, nutrition, and daily routines to help you create lasting change. I guide you in movement, mindset, and lifestyle habits, not just reps and sets.
